By downloading, installing, or using Aerenity ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Aerenity is a guided breathing exercise application that provides breathing techniques, session tracking, mood tracking, and related wellness features. The App is available as a free download with optional premium features.
Pricing:
Auto-Renewal: Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings on your device.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Aerenity does not process refunds directly. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Important: Aerenity is designed for general wellness purposes only. The breathing exercises provided are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Consult a healthcare professional before beginning any breathing exercise program, especially if you have respiratory conditions, cardiovascular issues, or other health concerns.
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Sebastian Houng and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sebastian Houng shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
