SunRun Poker ("we", "our", or "the app") is a poker session tracking application developed by the SunRun Poker team. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data.
All poker session data, hand histories, villain notes, and bankroll information you enter into SunRun Poker is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal poker data on any external servers.
SunRun Poker may request access to your device's location to auto-detect which casino or card room you are playing at. This location data is used solely within the app to enhance your experience and is not transmitted to any external servers or third parties.
SunRun Poker offers optional in-app subscriptions (SunRun Pro) managed through Apple's App Store. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not collect or have access to your payment information. Subscription status is managed through RevenueCat, a third-party service that communicates with Apple's servers to verify your subscription status. RevenueCat may collect an anonymous app user ID for this purpose.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with any third parties. Your poker session data remains on your device.
Your data is stored on your device for as long as you use the app. Uninstalling the app will remove all locally stored data.
SunRun Poker is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
